Queensland CHP Opportunities
Introducing the Queensland CHP Opportunities Platform
This platform serves as a centralised hub for accessing a diverse range of opportunities specifically considered for Community Housing Providers in Queensland. With the primary goal of enhancing accessibility and collaboration, this page provides an overview of available opportunities, including Expressions of Interest (EOI), long-term lease opportunities, sale listings, and collaborative ventures. With this transparent process and ease of navigation, we aim to facilitate meaningful engagements between Community Housing Providers (CHPs) and stakeholders from the private, government, and NGO sectors to increase the supply of affordable and social housing in Queensland.
Each opportunity has been assessed to align with the following:
The Community Housing Futures Program is not affiliated with the mentioned opportunities in any way. It is recommended to seek independent advice to assess whether potential opportunities align with your organisation and to undertake your own due diligence.

We currently have a surplus of items available for donation following major defit projects.
